Booking & Payment
Q: When is my booking confirmed?
A: Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received and cleared in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Q: Can I reserve a date with a deposit?
A: Yes. A 25% non-refundable deposit can be paid to reserve a date, with the balance due no later than 7 days before the activity.
Q: Can I pay after the event?
A: No. All activities must be paid for in advance.

Cancellations & Weather
Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
A: Safety always comes first. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, I may amend, reschedule or cancel the activity. One alternative date will be offered.
Q: Will I get a refund if the weather is bad?
A: No refunds are issued for weather-related changes. Clients are advised to hold suitable insurance.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Deposits are non-refundable. A single reschedule may be offered at my discretion if reasonable notice is given.â



The Activity Itself
Q: How long are activities?
A: Most bookings are expected to be completed within 8 hours unless otherwise stated.
Q: What fitness level do I need?
A: This varies by activity. If you’re unsure, please get in touch before booking. We always try to tailor activities to suit fitness levels.
Q: What if I don’t have the right kit?
A: You must arrive with suitable equipment as advised. If this compromises safety, participation may be refused without refund.
Safety & Insurance
Q: Do I need insurance?
A: Yes. You are strongly advised to hold personal insurance covering outdoor activities, weather disruption and unforeseen issues.
Q: Can children take part?
A: Yes, we encourage children to take part for certain activities. Minimum ages and ratios apply. Under 18's must be accompanied — please enquire.
